While capable of dead on impressions of Woody Allen, Robin Williams and others, and with several oddball characters in his arsenal, his standup is more a dry, dead pan conversational style in line with Bob Newhart.

Topical only for special occasions, he tends to go for autobiographical flights of fancy.  His favorite comedians of all time are Woody Allen, Emo Phillips, Steven Wright, Steve Martin and Jake Johannsen.

Among the hundreds of venues he has performed:  The Laugh Factory, Improv, Comedy Store (Hollywood), Giggles (Seattle), The Funny Bone & Catch A Rising Star (St. Louis), The Mummer's Museum (Philadelphia), La Jolla Comedy Store (La Jolla!)The Duplex, Village Lantern, (NYC), Benefits for a Women's Shelter, Youth Hostels, AA Parties (non-alcohol), an Elk's Lodge, Hotel Bars, a Cancer Hospital, The Kindness of Strangers Coffeehouse, a Bikini Club (Strippers who keep their clothes on)
